International Pairs is thrilled to announce that Singapore has officially joined the prestigious global amateur golf competition and will be sending a team to compete in the 2024 International Pairs World Final. This momentous event will take place from September 30 to October 4, 2024, in the stunning setting of Tenerife, Spain.

This marks the first time in the history of International Pairs that Singapore will participate, adding to the excitement and diversity of the competition. The addition of Singapore exemplifies the growing popularity of golf in Asia and the inclusive nature of the International Pairs tournament.

Benny brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the team, with a distinguished career in sports marketing and media. His leadership will undoubtedly be a significant asset to the Singaporean team.

Benny’s notable achievements include his tenure as the General Manager of SPH Golf Club, a non-estate members’ golf club, where he was instrumental in establishing the club from the ground up. He crafted the club’s by-laws and constitution, supervised the appointment of key office holders, and built a robust team handling customer service, content creation, events management, and membership services. His efforts included launching the club with Sir Nick Faldo as its first honorary member, developing its website (, innovating a new handicapping system, and running the club’s monthly medal and other membership events.
